Wetaskiwin Arts & Music Festival

Since 2017

The Wetaskiwin Arts & Music Festival was founded in 2017 and started as an idea to bring all the arts and music lovers together in one place; a place to showcase all the talent that can be found in and around Wetaskiwin.

The past three years have proven to be better than we ever imagined. The response from the local community has been immense, as well as from the artists and musicians involved. There are several food vendors on site as well, so no need to pack a lunch as there is always a wide variety of food to satisfy everyone’s tastes.

We include so many different types of artists ranging from oil, water and acrylic paintings to sculptures, photographers, wood workers, crafters, quilters, fibre artists and so many more incredible genres. In addition, there have been many incredible demonstrations on site, such as Karate, Tae-Kwon-Do, Yoga, Kiln Firing, Piano students, Jugglers and many more. There is always something awesome happening.

This is a FREE event to the public and as a Non-profit Society we are working hard to garner the funds to help make this festival even more EPIC than last year. We hold our AGM in late November and our Board of Directors will probably change a little and now we need more membership to ensure this festival continues for many years to come. We invite everyone to submit a membership form along with your $25.00/yr membership fee and your ideas to help us make our community minded Festival grow.

2020 registration fees to participate are only $30.00 per 10'x10' space.

If you would simply like to donate, please contact us using our contact page, in person at Dalcon Visual Arts, or use Messenger on Facebook to get this party started. Receipts will be issued for each registration and donation.

We have been keeping ourselves as much in the light of the city as we can and we would love to have more exposure, so please join us. We want you and we want to hear your VOICE! Please invite others and help us grow this event to what we all dream it will become; Yours, Ours and Epic!

Please check back often for more details and information as time goes by. We meet monthly and fine tune everything as we go.
