Please make cheque(s) payable to Wetaskiwin Arts and Music Festival Society or you can pay cash.
The fee is due by the date of the Festival, prior to set up
The fee may be paid:

You will need to bring the items you wish to sell or show.
A table of your own as we do not supply tables.
Also suggested is a tent or some type of overhead cover in case of bad weather or to keep direct sunlight off your products.
A chair to sit on.
If you are planning on doing any live art (suggested), bring your art supplies, easels, etc.
These are just suggestions.
Locations will be assigned to all artist vendors. We will advise you where your spot is a week or two before the event on this page. Please do not show up and set up where you feel, you will be assigned your spot upon check-in at the entrance.
Power will be available (at an extra cost) for artists that require it, and you will have to supply a CSA-approved outdoor-rated extension cord.

**Parking of your vehicles should be in a spot that allows the public more access to the park location.
